It has been really interesting since we began looking at houses in Sussex – and we have now looked at hundreds of different properties – to see which Home improvements are rated most highly among homeowners down there.  If a house has not had replacement UPVC windows installed, that is seen as a negative factor. The presence of uPVC windows is seen in the same light now as double glazing.  Back in North London, most homeowners see the original sashes as acceptable, but if you have ever lived in a draughty Edwardian house you will truly value good double glazing!
