Moving from Blogger to WordPress now even easier
This kind of thing always happens to me! When I wanted to import my old blog posts from my old Blogger Beta account, my wordpress installation was WP2.1. That did not support Beta imports, only ‘old Blogger. The solution was to move them via a WordPress.com account. I think the guys at my web hosting company must have been watching me – just days after I moved my blog posts to my WordPress blog, they installed WordPress 2.2 on the servers. No matter, I am pleased to get the upgrade – free – at the click of a mouse. Now the importer simply requires you to have a Google account, an upgraded (New, was Beta) blog, and it must be on blogspot or a custom domain (not FTP).
