In the new year I have resolved to live a more healthy lifestyle as I believe this can give me more energy and make me more alert.  This must be of benefit to my income generation activities online.  I may even take a sensible dose of  bodybuilding supplements to give me a slight physical edge and added strength – healthy mind, healthy body as they say.
